This week Scott and I prepared our
10,000th probate file! I got out my calculator and added up all the pictures we have taken since we started this project in September and it came to a total of 185,950. What a wonderful opportunity we have had to link generations. At work today I opened a legal sized sheet of paper and realized that the writer of the document had listed three generations of her family. If someone is searching through this document for information they would have the ability to get names of grandparents, parents, children, aunts, uncles, and cousins beginning in the early 1800s. So glad we are part of such a great cause.
