It is not just the end of the journey that counts. It's also the journey. It's how we get there. It's who we are becoming along the way and the good we are doing today.

The Nutcracker Ballet 2015
We spent Saturday afternoon at a matinee production of the Nutcracker. The program was wonderful but I have to admit the building was pretty stunning! The Boston Opera House was build in 1928 which makes it pretty young for this area! It is full of French and Italian styles and everything is stunning inside. The front of the building looks like a narrow storefront but once you come inside and enter the theater area it opens into a huge theater. When it first opened it was a vaudeville theater and was purchased a number of times until it eventually closed and fell into disrepair. It was finally purchased and refurbished and the Boston Ballet launched its new season in 2009. We loved being there and felt honored to be a part of such a beautiful production in such a beautiful building.
