Sold!

Our first client came to look at the house yesterday and made a generous offer on the house.  We accepted and the house will go into escrow on Monday.  Aunt Amy is helping us find a house to rent and the realtor told us the escrow will close in 30 to 45 days.  The lady buying our house has a house in escrow that will close in two weeks and she put down $3,000 in earnest money.  This will be a bittersweet move for me.  We raised our children here and grew to love our new house.  Leaving our California Duncan's is the worse part but now we are going to be the Arizona Duncan's and hopefully we will get to see them in the coming years.
