Kindness is Free

I recently read an article written by Chris Claflin.  He wrote that his wife had been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2022.  He said that this path came with challenges but what they didn't expect was how much closer they'd grow together.  How much more clear our priority list would become. And how much love and support we'd receive.  In the article he listed ten lessons he has learned as a result of their journey together.

1.  You're capable of way more than you can fathom.

2.  Much of what you think matters actually doesn't.

3.  There is nothing but the present moment.

4.  You're not the only one facing difficulty.

5.  Never stop counting your blessings.

6.  Family and friends are priceless.

7.  Use experiences to become.

8.  No suffering is forever.

9.  You are not alone.

10. Kindness is free.

He finished his article with the following reminder.  "Your current suffering does no define, but it can refine you.  Whatever you're facing, my wife and I pray God's richest blessings upon you."
