After church they had a picnic at De Soto Historical Park where Hernando De Soto made his "conquest" which lead to his death and most of the group and turned the Indians into enemies for a long time. (direct quote from Uncle Andy!) While there they were able to see a recreated native village and a nature trail. From there they headed south and stopped at a beach that had many dead fish due to the red tide that Florida is experiencing. He said it was pretty smelly. Now they are on Sanibel Island and hope to find some great shells tomorrow morning.
"So often we become so focused on the finish line that we fail to enjoy the journey." President Dieter F. Uchtdorf

Day 4--Church
This morning Uncle Andy and family went to church in Brandon at the ward building of his first area. He said he didn't recognize anyone which is pretty understandable because that has been almost 25 years ago.
