It's wonderful to celebrate this day.  I love the memories we have had of you for the last 20 years.  When I think of Ellis I think of determination, leadership, positivity, and vision.  You have blessed my life so much Ellis and have inspired me to look more to the positive than the negative.  In a few months you will return home from you mission and begin a new chapter in your life.  I think it will be well written!
