Amy called on Tuesday and asked if I wanted to help her with a Young Women project. They were having a dinner for all the girls on Wednesday and the theme was "In and Out." Basically encouraging the girls to let go of the past and move forward into the future. To go along with their theme they had dinner for the girls and were serving hamburger and fries from the local In and Out. Her assignment was to make 8 centerpieces for the tables using the colors from In and Out. Yellow, Red and White. So yesterday we went looking for ideas. After a great deal of tweaking and with help from Ruth and Jane we put everything together this afternoon and I liked how they turned out. I am so grateful to have projects to work on and appreciate that Amy includes me in some of them.
